The ATA TSA cases from Gator are hard cases designed for air travel. Not only are they made to protect your instrument from the hazards of the cargo hold, they are fully TSA-approved - meaning that its lock can be safely secured by you on predeparture, but also accessed by Transport Security during pre-flight checks. As flight safety is of upmost importance, the TSA reserve the right to check any luggage entering the plane and are able to break any 3rd party locks to gain access to its contents. Having a case with a TSA-approved lock means they can safely access the locked guitar case for any pre-flight tests with a standard TSA-key, and then safely re-secure the case for its onwards journey.

With a moulded military-grade polyethylene outer-shell, plush interior, and an extended reach neck cradle, the STA cases are able to survive falls, knocks, and tumbles with ease.
