Most digital mixers claim 'analogue-style’ control. Si Expression goes beyond analogue. Combining One-Knob-One-Function control with Soundcraft’s unique FaderGlow™ feature, Soundcraft combines analogue workflow with digital flexibility.

FaderGlow™

FaderGlow illuminates the fader track in different colours to provide at-a-glance status information on precisely what the fader is controlling. And 4 assignable fader layers means you can configure the mix exactly how you want it.

Big Name Processing on board

Si Expression isn’t just packed with DSP power. It’s packed with DSP power from industry leading names in FX, dynamics, EQ and digital audio. A total iof 97 parametric EQs, 97 compressors, 66 noise gates, 97 delays, 31 Graphic EQs, 4 FX processors.

ViSi Remote App for iPad

The ViSi Remote iPad® app allows remote control of console. Mix FOH from anywhere in the venue, mix monitors from the stage, or allow musicians to set their own monitor mix from multiple iPad® devices.

The Si Expression range:

There are three models in the Si Expression range, from the super portable 19" rack mount Expression 1 with 14+2 fadesr and 16 mic/line inputs, Si Expression 2 with 22+2 faders and 24 mic/line inputs, and Si Expression 3 with its 30+2 faders and 32 mic/line inputs.

Soundcraft Si Performer

The Si Performer range features everything from the Si Expression Series but adds even greater mix channel capacity for a compact console and additional features.

The Si Performer features a massive mix capacity of 80 inputs to mix. Sitting where a plethora of gear once was, the Si Performer delivers the equivalent of 448 rack units of DSP including sophisticated 4-band fully parametric EQ, full dynamics processing, a comprehensive range of output options, totally flexible routing and, as with all Soundcraft consoles, an unmatched range of options to fully integrate the Si Performer into an existing system or become the centre of a thriving new installation. Dual expansion card slots allows use of a stagebox and recording card simultaneously while a DMX lighting interface allows simple control of a basic lighting system without the need for a separate lighting console.

LCD displays on each channel

A custom colour backlit LCD display shows user-definable channel name or mode, e.g. Vocal, MTX, MIX3, DMX1.

Up to 80 inputs to mix

Supplement local I/O with stagebox feeds to get a massive 80 inputs to mix.

8 VCA Groups

The 8 VCA groups offer a new level of control to the input channels and may double as additional mute groups if needed.

Dual Expansion Slots

Twin expansion slots allow use of a Remote Stagebox and MultiDigital recording card simultaneously.

4-band Fully Parametric EQ

The Si Performer features a 4-band fully parametric EQ per channel.

Integrated DMX lighting control

DMX settings are easily stored as part of the overall console snapshot, so that both audio and lighting cues may be recalled in sync using a single button press for simple applications where an additioal lighting console may not be required.

The Si Performer range is simlar to Expression, with three mdodels ranging from the Performer 1 to Performer 3.

High input count with remote stageboxes

All Si Expression and Si Performer consoles are compatible with Soundcraft's Mini Stageboxes.

The new Mini Stagebox range from Harman's Soundcraft provides a simple solution to stage connectivity offering a lower-cost option for many systems where the modularity and configurability of the larger systems are not required.

The Mini Stagebox 32 (3U) provides 32 analogue inputs and 8 analogue line outputs, with 4 pairs of AES outputs, providing a total I/O capacity of 32 inputs and 16 outputs, with the Mini Stagebox 16 (2U) model providing 16 analogue inputs and 8 line outputs making a 16 x 8 matrix. They connect to any of the Soundcraft Si Expression or Si Performer with an included MADI Card which fits in the console's expansion card slot.
