You can hear his playing on every Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly record since the debut album, ‘Chronicles of a Bohemian Teenager’ released on Atlantic records. His involvement in the Africa Express concerts, curated by Damon Albarn, has seen Andy perform with musicians from around the world including Baaba Maal, Amadou and Miriam and Flea (Red Hot Chili Peppers).
Andy is using the Crush Limited Reserve Mahogany kit, Crush Acrylic kit and a 14" Crush Hand Hammered Copper snare.
“The Mahogany Limited Reserve kit which has a deeply warm tone whilst retaining lots of attack.” says Andy. "This makes the kit really versatile and is perfect for interchanging between different styles both live and in the studio. The satin finish really compliments the natural mahogany shell. I love it."
