City AV equips famous Oxford events venue with first permanent sound system

Built in 1928 as a memorial to British colonialist and mining magnate, Cecil Rhodes, Rhodes House in Oxford was originally dedicated to supporting education and administered under a trust.  Today the magnificent mansion, and opulent courtyard gardens continues to operate under the Trust, but its three main event spaces host a wide range of functions, ranging from weddings and presentations to fashion shows and product launches.

City AV has been servicing the facility for some 15 years, frequently turning to the Harman Pro catalogue for their solutions. This installation combines HARMAN's JBL CBT Constant Beamwidth Technology line array columns, powered by HARMAN's Crown XLS DriveCore amplifiers, with HARMAN's BSS Audio Soundweb London networking and control.

Our Project Support Team was able to help with a site visit and EASE plot to aid City AV’s successful project delivery.
