Soundcraft, renowned console manufacturer, and Riedel Communications, one of the largest providers of real-time networks for video, audio and communications, will showcase the integration of their products on a dedicated Open Day on Wednesday, 5th December at Sound Technology Ltd's new demo facility in Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire.
The open day will specifically showcase how typical live event productions can be realized and enhanced through the integration of Riedel RockNet and Soundcraft Vi and Si consoles. Visitors will learn everything about RockNet's unique Independent Gain feature, its robust redundant ring topology, and the advantages of an integrated infrastructure offering streamlined solutions – including multi-console setups.
Also featured will be Solid State Logic’s new 128-channel Live-Recorder system.
The open day will also provide an opportunity to learn how Riedel’s full range of Riedel's signal distribution solutions and intercom technologies – as used by theatres, houses of worship, broadcast, tours, festivals and at major events like the Olympic Games – can help expand and streamline live productions. These systems include Artist Digital Matrix Intercom, Performer Digital Partyline Intercom and Acrobat Digital Wireless Intercom, and MediorNet, the fibre based media-network for distributing HD video, audio, communications or data.
The open day takes place at Harman’s UK & Ireland distributor, Sound Technology Ltd, Letchworth Point, Letchworth, Hertfordshire SG6 1ND, starting at 10am. Buffet and refreshments will be provided. The event is free but registration is required.
