In preparation for the upcoming Summer season, Adlib have considerably increased their rental inventory of HARMAN's JBL Professional VTX A Series line array system, with an additional investment in more VTX A12 line array elements, together with B28 subwoofers and Crown V-Rack power. All were supplied by HARMAN UK distributor Sound Technology Ltd.

Specifically, an additional 16 x VTX A12 dual 12" line array elements takes Adlib's A12 inventory to 64 boxes, with 24 of the new B28 dual 18" subs. The investment also includes additional Crown VRacks comprising Crown iTechHD 3x3500HD power amplifiers.
Adlib's original investment in JBL VTX A Series came in early 2020 - shortly before the pandemic struck the UK. Speaking at the time of that original decision, Adlib's Dave Jones said, "The (JBL) platform has moved forward considerably in terms of the mechanical aspect, while the entire rigging system is far advanced from where it was previously, and the software has come on in leaps and bounds. On top of that, it is a compact and light weight system, and there is very little you need to do with it out of the box.”
Commenting on the decision to invest further in JBL in 2022, Dave Jones added, "With an increase in demand in the upcoming months, it was natural for us to increase our JBL stock to fulfil requirements. We’re expecting the JBL system be busy on many events throughout the Summer and we are looking forward to getting feedback from the engineers that are already specifying it on their touring riders.”
